Emil Sotnyk is a multi media artist who has had
an intense interest in the planet Mars since early childhood. He earned his bachelors degree in Theatre arts from the University of Toledo. After graduating he moved to New York City to pursue
a career in the entertainment industry. Mr. Sotnyk has trained in jazz and ballet at the Morelli School of ballet , studied acting with the late Herbert Berghoff, and has acted in off Broadway productions while living in New York City. A sample of his work is provided below.
During a long hiatus from the show business world, he taught himself the computer and began studying NASA photographs of Mars on various internet web sites. His Mars interest was rekindled by this new found resource of information. He made his break through discovery decoding the colossal and complex terra art forms of Mars in late October of 1999. He finished writing The Many Faces of Mars in 2001. Emil Sotnyk Quote: "Suppose for just one moment that Mars is an artistically terraformed planet.
